Fantastic company, very good price for 5 CPC courses and great staff would highly recommend but take your own biscuits lol.

I choose Action Training based on the great reviews by happy passers. It’s also worked very well for me – Paul is a fantastic trainer – he knows his stuff and makes sure that you are up to speed very quickly. He is firm but fair – I passed first time after an intensive course of lessons. I’d recommend them for anybody who’s serious about driving for a living.

As of today I have passed my C+E and would like to say a big thanks Paul for his professional training. I’ll start by pointing out a review posted by Black1ce that I’ve just read today before posting this review. In no way is this the review given by this person black1ce accurate on the training given at Action Training. I feel this is a very unfair review on this great training provider I’d also like to point out this review is very misleading. At no point in my training was the trainer Paul or anybody else playing music on the phone at any time. I was never asked to start later than any time given me the day before and in fact I was probably given more time than what I actually paid for. I found Paul’s instructions clear and precise in fact very professional. He made the reversing manoeuvre in three easy stages and made the coupling and uncoupling really easy with a simple word (BLACK) it was a joy to have him as my trainer. I am more than pleased with Action Training and in fact I highly recommend them I will definitely be coming back to do my CPC and maybe other courses in due time.

My partner recently took his LGV 2 training and test with Action Training and he was very pleased. Paul the instructor was very good at putting him at ease and making him feel assured, he took the time to explain everything properly and when he asked questions Paul was more than happy to answer them. He was even sent reminders of the training times and test times which came in very handy as he is very forgetful! He was very pleased with the training provided and passed first time!

I passed my class 2 with Action today they are a great company to train with I cannot fault them my instructor Paul was excellent, gave me the skills I needed. Also the staff in the office are very polite and helpful. I recommend if you are looking to do your class to choose Action.

I’m writing this review to share with you my thoughts and recommendations. I didn’t do my initial driver training with Action, but I did spend half a day with their instructor, Paul, and took my test. From the outset and dealing with Laura, Karen, and Paul, I can honestly say I wish I had taken my initial business here from the start to complete my training. The truck is just a dream to drive, especially the Volvo™ – nicer than a car. The trailer is really easy to use and I had a great time getting to know it and Paul. Can’t recommend these people enough.

Although I only spent four hours with Paul, the instructor, polishing a few tips and tricks, I was really impressed at what a good trainer this man is. And I am pretty sure if it wasn’t for his four hours coaching, I may not have passed my test 1st time. I really regret not knowing they did LGV training, but if you are reading this don’t bother reading anymore, click on the contact page and get booked!! You’ll thank me for it later. I have joined an online company in London to start my HGV training and spend nearly 4K. Initially, they were really helpful with training materials and advice, however, I was really disappointed that once I was handed over to the subcontracted companies for the practical training, neither of them would take any responsibility.

I have approached Action Training through recommendation from a colleague of mine, and was glad to meet Paul, a great instructor who gives 100% to his profession. I have to say the booking team as well as the training team are great. Their vehicle is superb. I would strongly recommend anyone planning to start their training for HGV or LGV should approach Action Training without any doubt. Do not fall in to the false promises of online training companies as it happened to me.

I’m giving them five star! Really helpful: Paul, Daren, Laura, and Karen. I passed my class 2 now I told internet company that I want to take class 1 training from them. Well nice people and very helpful. They’ve got nice trucks, automatic and nice to drive. Once again, I’m giving them five star. Thanks Action.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Action training center for the great service. From the staff in the back office who made it a smooth booking my Class 1 and a massive thanks to Paul who got me over the line passing my test. Great attitude towards me and couldn’t of asked for a better instructor. I would recommend this place if you want to enhance your driving career in HGV.
